Biographies
Constance E. Dunlap, M.D., is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst in
private practice in Washington, D.C., and a clinical professor of
psychiatry and behavioral health at George Washington University. She
serves as representative for Area 3 in the APA Assembly.
Mary Anne Albaugh, M.D., is a child and adolescent psychiatrist with
Deerfield Behavioral Health of Warren, Erie Office/Journey Health
System. She serves as deputy representative for Area 3 in the APA
Assembly and chair of the APAPAC Board of Directors.
