How I Avoid Burnout (revised 11-30-5)

For many years, I have found poetry to be a source of emotional
release, both in reading others’ works and in penning my own. The poetry
usually comes in like a flash and I am quick to write the words first on
my iPhone, then come back later when in a quiet space. I have recently
taken to embedding my poems in photos taken from my phone, hence the
piece below.

I hope that others will feel free to share their creative works
and/or tools for combatting burnout.

We are after all in this together🙏.
