PaPS invites all trainees and Institutional/Corporation sponsors interested in submitting research to submit their abstracts for the poster competition* and exhibition. The competition and exhibition will be held during the Keystone Psychiatric Forum at Khalari Resorts & Conference Center October 9-11, 2026.

Competition awards are limited to submitting Medical Students, Residents and Fellows. The primary poster author must be present during the competition to be eligible for the awards.

An Exhibition for qualifying Institutional/Corporation posters will also be on display during the poster session.

All abstracts and posters must be submitted virtually for approval and judging (if award eligible) : Abstract submissions due Monday, August 24th; Abstract acceptance notice to submitters by Monday, August 31st; A .pdf of accepted posters will be due from submitters due by Monday, September 21st.

Eligible Award Winners (3 per category & onsite audience favorite):
$150 for 1st place | $75 for 2nd place | $25 for 3rd place | $150 Audience Favorite
