PaPS and their representatives do not endorse any specific exhibitors, nor ad claims or copy, and in the case of errors and omissions, cannot be held liable beyond the cost of the exhibit. Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Your registration as an Exhibitor has been confirmed upon receipt of the required registration form and payment. Payment is required to secure your exhibit booth and must be received prior to October 31, 2023. If you need to cancel, email the PaPS Chapter office at papsych@papsych.org. Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received before November 1, 2023. Cancellation requests made between November 2-November 8, 2023, will incur a $150 processing fee. NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED AFTER NOVEMBER 8, 2023. NO-SHOW POLICY: PAYMENT IS EXPECTED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
