About the PaPS - Philadelphia Chapter

The Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society - Philadelphia Chapter comprises over 950 psychiatrists practicing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.

Its staff and membership are dedicated to assisting its members and working on behalf of their interests and those of the patients they serve. PPS is a chapter of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society, a district branch of the American Psychiatric Association.

Past Events

On April 13, the Chapter held its Women’s Committee education event at the Inn at Swarthmore. The topic was unusual and timely: Autism Spectrum Diagnosis in Girls and Women.

Philadelphia Chapter members work together with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, volunteering a few hours on a Saturday morning to help weed and plant in the Azalea Garden (behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art).
