Payment is due upon submission of registration information. If paying by check, payment must be received not later than October 31, 2023. If you need to cancel your sponsorship, notification via email to jfrancavilla@nextwavegroup.net with a copy to rcook@nextwavegroup.net is required by November 1, 2023. A $150 cancellation fee will be assessed on cancellations received by November 1, 2023. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows after November 1, 2023.
