Hello,

We hope you are enjoying March and looking forward to the spring season! In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8 and Doctors’ Day on March 30, PRMS is delighted to support the Association of Women Psychiatrists and the National Alliance on Mental Illness with donations to thank all our clients.

Below please find the first installments of our 2025 quarterly newsletters, “Hoot, What, Where” and “Resident Owlery,” as well as details about March being double donation month for our Refer a Colleague program.

Hoot, What, Where: PRMS’ Network Newsletter Q1 2025

From risk management and claims advice to risk alerts, PRMS news, and events, our quarterly newsletter shares relevant news, useful tips, and important updates in the field of psychiatry to help keep your members, their patients, and their practices safe. Articles in the first 2025 issue of “Hoot, What, Where” (here) from PRMS cover topics including consults and overdue bills.

PRMS Resident Owlery Newsletter Q1 2025

“Resident Owlery” was developed by PRMS to provide psychiatry residents in training with ‘owl’ they need to help manage their risks as they prepare to start their psychiatry careers. Featuring risk management resources, educational articles, and the latest announcements and events from PRMS, this quarterly newsletter shares relevant news and useful tips to help keep psychiatrists, their patients, and their practices safe. The latest issue from PRMS (here) covers matters such as sharing an office and an educational resource on split treatment.

Refer a Colleague Double Donations this March

PRMS is proud to announce our first Refer a Colleague Double Donations month this March to express our gratitude for providers in the mental health community and show our support for our clients. For every client referral received by PRMS between March 1 and 31, we will make a $100 donation – an increase of $50 from our usual amount – to the district branch or mental healthcare organization chosen by the referrer. Please check out our blog and visit PRMS.com/Refer to learn more about the program and start earning donations for your organization today.

2025 PRMS and SPA Annual Reception

Please save the date for the PRMS and Southern Psychiatric Association Annual Reception on Sunday, May 18, from 6 to 8 pm in Los Angeles. We hope to see you and your members there!

PRMS Welcomes Two New Team Members

We are delighted to introduce the newest addition to the PRMS marketing team, Rebecca Johnson, Assistant Digital Marketing Manager. At PRMS, Rebecca’s responsibilities include supporting advertising, social media management, and email communications.

We also extend a warm ‘welcome back’ to Denita Neal, JD, as a PRMS Senior Risk Manager!
