"This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society. The APA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The APA designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit ™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity."

Up to 3 hours of continuing education for the Pennsylvania Act 124 of 2016 opioid education requirements:
Educational content of the following sessions meets these requirements: Update on Opioid Use Disorder and the Overdose Crisis in Pennsylvania (part 2), Alcohol and Stimulant Use Disorders, and Tobacco Addiction and Vaping
     - For license renewal this is a two hour biennial requirement in pain management, identification of addiction, or the practices of prescribing of opioids.

Up to 3.5 hours of continuing education for the Patient Safety/Risk Management requirements:
Educational content of the following sessions meets these requirements: Update on Opioid Use Disorder and the Overdose Crisis in Pennsylvania (parts 1 and 3), PaPS/Society Update: 2021 Position Statement on State Marijuana Program, and Difficult Clinical Encounters.
